To join the LINC program:

You must be 18 years of age or older & be a landed immigrant, permanent resident or convention refugee, and your language skills need to be assessed at the assessment centre. You can call us or drop in to book your appointment. After your assessment, you will be placed in one of the classes according to your level. You can start your classes the next day.

LINC Childcare:

There is also childcare available for those who have children aged 6 months to 6 years and want to attend LINC classes.  The childcare program provides a warm environment where the children can learn and acquire the language and social skills needed for school.  Children are placed in age appropriate groups where they do activities and games as well as sing and read stories.  The childcare staff are warm, caring and friendly.  You can rest assured that your child is well taken care of and happy.
